Hello! My daughter has Down syndrome, and she just completed the ninth dolphin therapy course in Odesa. We came here the first time in 2010, and the result after every course was a significant improvement. After sessions with dolphins, my child became more attentive and calm. Emilia likes to communicate with dolphins very much, and they have developed a true friendship. I also would like to thank the therapists who worked with Emilia – the whole team of professionals who want to help every child. My deepest gratitude to your center!

During the first course of dolphin therapy, we performed an electroencephalogram before and after the course. And the result was significant. Today we finish the sixth course, it is 60 therapies and according to our doctor's statement we are 80% healthy. A few more courses and they give us a certificate stating that the child is completely healthy. We are very happy about this!

My name is Valentina Coroama. My child is Alex Tudor and he is 6 years old. We are from Romania. We heard about this Сenter from other parents, who came there. My name is Dan Ioana. I’m from Romania. My children’s names are Dan Casiana and Dan Chisar. I came there to have dolphin therapy, because my daughter has a delay in development. She is 2 years old. My name is Valentina Ceban, the child's name is Dan Valerian Ceban. We are from Moldova. We arrived to Odessa with paralytic Down syndrome. We did the course of dolphin therapy in May and we had 10 lessons. Now we have arrived for the second time, also for 10 sessions. After the first course of dolphin therapy, exactly after the 5th lesson, the child started walking about 2-3 steps and on the 8-9th day he was almost running! We come back home very grateful: child, mom and I, like a grandmother. After dolphin therapy, my grandson stopped biting, became calmer and more obedient. Now we listen to children's songs, draw and play with the ball. Dolphin therapy was opened for us only from the good side.

I am Larisa Lastovina. My son’s name is Timofei. We always knew about the existence of dolphin therapy, but when the child was diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder and speech development delay, we decided to take a course with dolphins. Now, we have already had 15 sessions. And, already after the first 10 lessons, we saw improvements in the development of the child’s thoughts, vocabulary was significantly expanded, and communication skills were improved. We are thankful to the team of specialists and therapists who provide dolphin therapy, they are doing a great cause! Progress is already evident during the process of dolphin therapy sessions. Bobrovsky Dmitriy We passed diagnosis in geneticists and they was diagnosed with syndrome Cornelia de Lange . Dolphintherapy is a part of our treatment. After 10 dolphintherapy sessions the child has emotional outburst, Milana can express her emotion. After the treatment we can’t stop her when she talk! Changes have occurred in communication; she’s start count. Milana loves her classes, therefore we see that our kid is opening up! This is a really big deal for us.

We took the first course of 10 dolphin therapy sessions. It’s the best form of therapy for children! I can tell for sure that even when sitting next to dolphins, I begin to feel somewhat differently. It’s a stunning spectacle. I, the mother, also received dolphin therapy while watching every session of my child, the way he swims and communicates with dolphins. At the first session, Kerim was anxious about the swimming pool (he can’t swim), but he wasn’t afraid of dolphins at all and was first to reach out to dolphins. After 3-4 sessions, Kerim stopped to fear water, thanks to our instructor Oleksandr. I would like to thank him for all 10 sessions, for his approach to our child and for all our achievements! I also would like to express my huge gratitude to the entire personnel of the dolphinarium. All of them are very amiable and attentive. Everything there is clean and in proper order. Me, Vladislav Vitalievich Pilnitsky and my grandmother, Svetlana Pilnitskaya, would like to express our deep gratitude to dolphin therapy personnel, especially the instructors Yuri Mishkurov and Yevgeni and their assistant Alyona for warm hospitality and their ability to communicate with children. We have visited many rehabilitation centers for children, but no-one was able to establish contact with our child as quickly as they did here. For seven years, our son Anton, diagnosed with cerebral palsy, has been taking regular dolphin therapy courses. The first courses were at Nemo Dolphinarium Donetsk, but today, it’s no longer possible because of war. Presently, we continue our dolphin therapy courses, with huge pleasure and desire, at Nemo Dolphinarium Berdiansk every summer. We have already taken quite a few courses, and we can tell with great confidence that every course brings positive results contributing to our son’s development dynamics: - in emotional sphere, we note that every dolphin therapy session excites a lot of positive emotions in our Antosha; - in behavioral sphere, he shows activity, i.e. big conscious desire for dolphin therapy sessions. After every course, our child becomes more purposeful and diligent, his interest in playing increases, his actions become more confident, he responds to a contact with the instructor and animals, and listens to communication with him. When stroking a dolphin, he tries to unbend an arm and open up fingers at the instructor’s command; - in communication sphere, his communication and speech skills continue to develop: he pronounces new sounds, his visual contact becomes steadier, and he shows desire for constant communication and attention. After every session, Antosha is visibly relaxed, which indicates the lowering of muscle tone and decreasing hyperkineses, and displays satisfaction with therapy sessions. All that bears well upon his mood, appetite and sleep. We are grateful to instructors and trainers of Nemo Dolphinarium Berdiansk for all their labors!
